Healthy sleeping is healthy living

Sleep is one of the most important pillars of human body, it is required for holding most of the physiological functions of the body. There is no hard and fast rule for the hours of sleep required for the body, it may vary between 7 to even 10 hours . what is more important is the time of deep sleep which is just about 2 hours , this deep sleep is even more beneficial if taken before midnight.

Adequate deep sleep  improves memory, cognitive functions, streamlines physiology, promotes weight loss in overweight individuals and on the contrary promotes healing in ailing people. promotes happiness, makes body light, energizes body.

Always remember to sleep more when you are going through any illness because sleeping well does half of the healing work in the body,

Many people have followed diet fads with dedication but still with no results because of simply not sleeping properly. so if one is following any work out regimen kindly take sleeping hours also into your work out routine

There are many naturals ways to enhance sleep quality, having a light and early dinner, having half a cup of warm milk just before sleeping, massaging your feet with sesame seed oil, will make u sleep nicely and pave way for a beautiful sunrise both outside and inside the body.
