Falsa- The wonderberry from India

When life gives you lemon you make a lemonade , when mother Earth gives you a most delectable anti-oxidant rich indian native berry, that is pleasantly acidic but easily perishable, you make sherbet with it and store it for a few days to have a drink a day to keep all the doctors away.
Did you know phalsa is an Indian native first found in Kashi and Varanasi , it was taken everywhere by Buddhist monks and it hass naturalised and found its home in Australia and Phillippines as well. It is astringent , cooling and known to reduce inflammation in rheumatism.
Another example of how a summerdrimk could be healing to the body .
Great for Toddlers to expose them to new texture and taste
