Life hacks for a herbal living

Prepare yourself today for next season

Hi!
If there is one herb that is the most used home remedy throughout the world , it is mint, called putiha in sanskrit, it is a herb that grows abundantly throughout summer and monsoons , for last 6-7 years I have made a yearly habit of drying fresh mint leaves and storing them for winters then I add to food throughout the year…
.
Because Delhi winters are very harsh for them and it is hard for them to survive
.
It is an excellent idea to dry them between layers of thin mulmul chunni
Hardly takes 1-2 days
.
This year because of regular blogging and that sense of adventure, I surprised myself
.
This year and this weekend I made myself some home made mint essential oil, once made, I can add it to face masks, hair masks even making crackers, results were fantastic
.
Take this tip, grow &store mint (dry/oil) , to have a wonderful year ahead 🙂
Tag someone who loves mint .
.
.
.
P.S.- Comment if you want to make some for yourself
