However the recipe I am sharingwith you only requires 5 minutes is filing , warm, nutritious when cooked n iron pan . Here’s the recipe below:
- Take one medium size zuccine, wash it thoroughly
- Dice it bite -sized pieces
- Take 2 gms of ghee in an iron pan
- Once hot add cumen 3-4 gms after that add Zuccini
- Let it saute for 4-5 minutes
- if cooked in iron pan , the fibre rich veggie becomes fortified
- serve hot as a salad, sider or main course
zucchini is a very healthy veggie which is rich source of magnesium and full of fibre, is considered to eliminate toxins from the body according to Ayurveda.
