Zucchini (Jugnu Petha)- cosmopolitan with ancient origins

Spend 5 minute on your health by spending 5 minutes in your kitchen with zucchini. it is called jugnu petha in hindi . it is member of the squash family. being very easy and versatile to cook, one can prepare variety of salads  and starters with it . However the recipe I am sharingwith you only requires 5 minutes is filing , warm, nutritious when cooked n iron pan . Here’s the recipe below:

  1. Take one medium size zuccine, wash it thoroughly
  2. Dice it bite -sized pieces
  3. Take 2 gms of ghee in an iron pan
  4. Once hot add cumen 3-4 gms after that add Zuccini
  5. Let it saute for 4-5 minutes
  6. if cooked in iron pan , the fibre rich veggie becomes fortified
  7. serve hot as a salad, sider or main course

zucchini is a very healthy veggie which is rich source of magnesium and full of fibre, is considered to eliminate toxins from the body according to Ayurveda.
